- Copy the outline near the start of your document and preview its links.
Why use MD Glide?
Heading extraction uses a Markdown parser, so headings inside fenced code blocks are excluded. Repeated headings receive distinct GitHub style anchors.
Limits and compatibility
The destination’s anchor rules must match GitHub style anchors. Inline HTML and complex formatted headings may have different anchors in other renderers. Regenerate after renaming sections.
Privacy and your files
Document contents are processed in this browser. We do not upload your text to a conversion service. Reader images are blocked unless enabled. Download a copy before closing the tab; saved highlights and notes use local storage, recent-file handles use IndexedDB, and tool handoffs temporarily use session storage.
